Alabama Damascus Steel is a high carbon damascus, hand made in Alabama, USA.
Layers of 52100, 5160, 203E and 15N20 are forge welded, and folded to 416 layers.
It is a great steel to work with, and after heat-treating and etching, provides dramatic patterning.
